Add Liquids First

Add liquids, such as milks, water, or juice to the blender first.

Leafy Greens

Next, add leafy greens, like kale or spinach.

Nuts and Seeds

Add any nuts or seeds, such as pumpkin seeds or walnuts.

Soft Ingredients

Soft ingredients like yogurt or nut butters can be added next.

Fresh Produce

Layer any fresh fruits or vegetables on top of your soft ingredients.

Frozen Ingredients

Next, place frozen ingredients, such as frozen berries or mango.

Powders

Protein powders, adaptogens, or fibers should be added last. Powders can also be added through the dosing cap in the lid while blending.

Start Slow

Begin blending at a slower speed or use the Blend preset program. To manually increase speed, turn the control knob clockwise up to maximum speed.
